One of the most exciting things going for us in this age of social networking is the ability to create our own traffic and following!  How do we build interest in our properties?  Once we have the interest, how do we convert it to traffic?  We will also discuss tips for building relationship and closing the sale.  Pop your sales at Rent Soda’s Leasing Pop! Best as 2-half day sessions each a week apart.

Management Pop!

New to managing people? Existing manager looking to become a better manager? Pop your career by exercising and understanding management basics: your role as a leader, discovering and applying your resources, fairness, decision-making, organizing meetings, reviews and more! 1/2 day class.

Team Pop!

One of our most difficult jobs is developing team.  Who will take your job when you are ready for the next promotion?  How can you be a more independent manager if you don’t have a team that will take on the extra challenges?  Learn how to develop and grow an effective team.  We’ll teach you to use words like ‘coach’ and ‘mentor’—and actually know what they mean and LIVE them!  Pop your employees! 1/2 day class.

Nervous about your exposure to Fair Housing violations?  Rent Soda’s Equality Pop! class will walk you through the protected classes—both on a national and state level—and help you navigate your way through your work day.  We make this topic pop—and cover all your bases too. 1/2 day class.

Diversity Pop!

Having trouble dealing with ‘diversity’?  Frustrated with perceived ‘special treatment’?  Rent Soda’s Diversity Pop! helps you understand what diversity is in a way that is pragmatic as well as issue-sensitive.  (This class reviews Fair Housing basics as well.)  Being pro-diversity is good business. 1/2 day class.

Accounting POP!

Not an accountant? Need to better understand your financials & accounting processes? This is the class for you. Rent Soda’s Accounting POP! will walk you through the basics of reading and understanding your financial statements, what to pay attention to, what your owners & developers look for, etc. We will also review and define accounting & industry terms like NOI, cost per lease, gross potential rent, market rent, operating costs vs non-operating costs, etc. 1/2 day class.
